Your Price

How pricing is calculated on insurance carts.


1. You will select to use insurance on insurance eligible products in your cart.

2. After submitting your order, we ask that you give us 3-4 business days to verify insurance or get any additional information from you. 

3. After we check your insurance, that will tell us how to properly price your cart. There are a few things that can affect the cost on your insurance order. 

  • If your plan is subject to your deductible & it has not been met, you will have to pay for your products. 
  • If your plan requires you to pay a percentage of your cost after the deductible has been met.
  • If you are on Medicare or Medicare managed plan there are a few different variables that could require you to pay out of pocket. 
    • If you have not met your yearly deductible. 

    • If you owe 20% after your yearly deductible has been met. 

    • If the products you have chosen are not a Medicare covered item. 

4. After we have repriced your cart, you will get a email that explains how much was covered, which varies depending on insurance. If you have any questions regarding that, we ask that you please call us directly at 800.525.2420

*Please note that whether you shop with us online, or in one of our boutiques, you will always be responsible for your deductible, your co-insurance and for items your plan deems not medically necessary or that are not covered by your plan. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance companies require an RX in order for them to make payment.
